Get energy performance of buildings data

This service is for researchers and product developers to get bulk data on:

  • Energy Performance Certificates for domestic properties
  • Energy Performance Certificates for non-domestic properties
  • Display Energy Certificates for public buildings

If you need to find an energy certificate for an individual property, visit the Energy Performance Certificate Register.

This data covers England and Wales. For data in Scotland, visit the Scottish Energy Performance Certificate Register.

The data includes certificates which may have expired or been replaced.

How you can use this service

You can use this service to:

  • download bulk certificate data in CSV format (Microsoft Excel)
  • access certificate data using a developer API
